RainbowSix - SmartAI Setup
 

1. DirectX 11 vs DirectX 12

Rainbow Six in DX 11 runs better than DX 12. Always use DX 11 as you will get way better AI-FPS!
Keep in mind that discord doesn't automatically detect Rainbow Six in DX 11, so you need to manually add it and ensure Discord Overlay is enabled for it.
 

2. Environment

1. Ensure that the system display resolution is set to an aspect ratio of 16:9

2. Ensure Scale and layout is set to 100% (might not be necessary)

3. Disable HDR

To ensure that system display changes take effect, program must be restarted each time changes are made.

3. Game Settings

1. Set Display Mode to Borderless

2. Set FPS Limit to 60-144 depending on how strong your GPU is

3. Set Aspect Ratio to 16:9 (AI will perform worse in stretched)
 

FPS Limit can be adjusted to the best performance as long as your system can handle it.
If your AI-FPS is easily reaching what you capped it at, you may increase it further.

If you have low AI-FPS or a bad GPU, you might need to cap your FPS Limit lower.

4. Optimization (Optional)

Lower the Optic Opacity to 20 for better aimbot tracking
(You can use Crosshair in SmartAI instead)
